All orders are handmade and packaged by me in Kent, UK.

Processing Times

Our current processing time is 3-7 working days. This is because our items are handmade, and made to order. 

Shipping Methods

At checkout, you can choose from a selection of tracked Royal Mail shipping options. At this time, we are only able to deliver within the UK. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch, while Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days.

All orders are sent using tracked services, you can check the tracking for your order at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. 

Delays & Lost Parcels

While I always do my best to ensure orders arrive safely and on time, delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, customs or circumstances outside my control can occasionally happen.

If you believe your parcel may be lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch on our contact page and I’ll do my best to help. If your order is lost by the delivery company, we will issue you a full refund once this has been confirmed.
